  • “THE RAD PAD”
A 6-Month Ride Nature Discipleship Residency.

The Rad Pad exists to cultivate young male leaders who live and lead like Jesus, rooted in relationship, active in mission, and committed to making disciples. It’s more than a place to stay; it’s a place to be shaped, challenged, and sent.

    Overview

The Rad Pad is a 6-month residential discipleship program designed for young men between the ages of 18 and 26 who want to grow deeper in their faith, live intentionally in community, and be actively engaged in the mission of Ride Nature. RAD stands for Relationally Active Discipleship. This is the heartbeat of this program and the framework for how residents live and grow together.

    S – Seeking
Everything begins with pursuit. Residents are encouraged to seek Jesus above all else. Through Scripture, prayer, worship, and intentional time spent in His presence.

    H – Him
This program is not about self-improvement; it’s about knowing Him. Every part of the Shred House experience points back to Jesus as the center of our identity, purpose, and mission.

    R – Radically
Following Jesus requires courage and conviction. Residents are called to live boldly and counter-culturally, embracing obedience and faith wherever God leads.

    E – Every
Discipleship doesn’t happen once a week. It’s a daily rhythm. Residents learn to walk with God in every moment: in the house, at the skatepark, in the lineup, and beyond.

“My time in the discipleship program at Ride was crucial for my faith. It helped me build a strong relationship with the Lord. it Taught me how to evangelize, how to properly practice spiritual disciplines, and so much more. It has surrounded me with an incredible community. I’ve never really had a solid group of friends before, and that’s something I had always longed for.”

RAISING UP F.A.t. LEADERS

F.AITHFUL
A.VAILABLE
T.EACHABLE

These traits are the foundation of a growing disciple and ultimately someone who is HUNGRY to grow in their walk with Jesus and are committed to the process. It exemplifies someone who is available to serve and be invested in, with a teachable and humble heart willing to learn, be corrected, and grow.

We have seen that 9 times out of 10, the students who embody these qualities are the ones who will be the most transformed and ultimately equipped to lead and disciple others long term.

a hands-on DISCIPLESHIP model

through observation > participation > and FINALLY HANDS-ON leadership, we are able to watch students grow in both character and competency as they are equipped to lead and disciple others.

Each stage in this process builds confidence and ownership as students move from a guided experience to independent multiplication.
