“The harvest is plentiful,
but the workers are
few.”

Luke 10:2

with over 400,000,000+ individuals involved in the action sports community globally…we believe the mission field is ripe for the harvest!

Do you have a passion for youth, outreach, global missions, and action sports? Do you sense God calling you into full-time ministry?

Our prayer is that God would raise up and send out laborers to join us in the mission of impacting the world through action sports to the ends of the earth!
APPLY TO JOIN THE TEAM
The 5 C’s

At Ride Nature, we believe that who we are matters as much as what we do. Our desire is to build a team that reflects the heart of Christ, people who live with integrity, love the action sports community deeply, and are confident in their calling.

These five core traits guide how we hire, train, and develop our staff. Together, these “5 C’s” define the type of leaders we strive to raise up and send out: men and women who reflect Jesus, love people deeply, and live on mission to the ends of the earth.

  • It is our hope and desire to first and foremost have staff who represent Godly, Christ-like character. Whether it’s in their lifestyle, honesty, integrity, humility, or love for the Lord and for others, we long to find individuals whose lives reflect Jesus in every area. Character is the foundation of leadership and without it, talent, passion, and skill will always fall short.

At Ride Nature, who you are matters far more than what you can do. We believe that the way you treat people, the way you live when no one’s watching, and the way you respond when life gets hard all reveal the truest form of discipleship.

    Character Self Reflection:

Are you living a life that reflects Christ? Do others see honesty, humility, and integrity in your actions? Are you pursuing spiritual growth daily? Is your love for the Lord evident in how you serve and care for others?

  • At Ride Nature, we believe ministry begins with presence; with being in the culture, not just around it. It’s not about how good you are at skating, or surfing but rather it’s about how deeply you love the people within those spaces.

We’re looking for leaders who live and breathe the action sports world, people who know the culture, speak its language, and genuinely care for the community. Because the Gospel moves most powerfully through authentic relationships, and those can’t be faked or forced. Especially in the world of action sports.

    Culture Self Reflection:

Do you love the action sports community? The Industry? Are you involved in the community in some way right now? Do you know the industry? Do you understand the rhythms, its struggles, its heartbeat?

  • We want to utilize the unique gifts God has given each member of our team and place people where they will truly thrive. Every role at Ride Nature carries purpose and weight, and we desire to see individuals operating in their strengths doing what they were created to do.

While we are always committed to training, teaching, and equipping our staff, we also recognize the importance of gifting and experience. We believe that placing the right people in the right positions allows both the individual and the ministry to flourish.

    Competency Self Reflection:

Are you serving and leading in areas that align with your God-given gifts?
Do you have experience in the role or skill set you hope to step into?
Are you eager to learn, grow, and develop through training and mentorship? Do you strive for excellence in the work God has entrusted to you?

  • Community is at the heart of who we are as an organization. We don’t just work alongside each other, we live in community, grow in it, and are shaped by it. Our desire a staff that functions as a team: unified in vision, humble in service, and committed to pursuing the mission together.

We recognize that the strength of our ministry depends not only on individual talent but also on the chemistry of our team. We value people who bring encouragement, humility, and unity to the table. Those who listen well, communicate openly, and contribute to a healthy, life-giving culture.

    Chemistry Self Reflection:

Do you value and contribute to community? Are you able to work well with others in humility and respect? Do you seek unity and collaboration within a team environment? Are you committed to helping cultivate a culture that reflects love, grace, and shared purpose?

  • Every role at Ride Nature begins with a sense of calling. This isn’t just a job or a position. It’s a response to the Lord’s leading. We want each team member to be fully confident that God has called them to this mission, this season, and this community. When you’re walking in your calling, obedience fuels endurance, and purpose carries you through every challenge.

We’re not looking for people simply chasing adventure or opportunity. We’re looking for those pursuing obedience. Our hope is that every staff member would know, deep down, that this is exactly where God has placed them to serve, lead, and live sent.

    Calling Self Reflection:

Do you sense that God is calling you to this ministry and season? Have you spent time in prayer and discernment about this role? Are you pursuing obedience over comfort or convenience? Do you feel a clear conviction that this is where you’re meant to serve right now?
