There are over 200,000,000 individuals in the world that are actively a part of the action sports community. This is our mission field and we believe it is extremely ripe for the harvest. As Jesus commanded in Luke 10:2, we are praying daily that God would send out workers to join us in the mission of impacting the world through action sports.

Through our current regional headquarters as well our global leadership team, we are working to fill multiple positions within the ministry with individuals that are excelling in the following categories; or as we refer to them, “the 4 C’s“.

GLOBAL SUPPORT TEAM

  • The position of Creative Director would be for an individual with experience in the multi-media world. This position would include the oversight of all things creative within Ride Nature.

    Staff Details

    Basic Job Description

    • Overseeing the creative direction of the organization including website, media, photography and videography.

    • Managing a creative team of individuals within that world.

    • Overseeing the ongoing To the Ends Documentary series.

    • Assisting with the creation of new media and tools.

    • Developing and growing the current brand of “RIDE NATURE” alongside potential future sub projects and/or over endeavors under the umbrella of the organization.

    • Overseeing all social media for multiple accounts and brand management.

    • Overseeing and managing the “Artist Network Program” while working with Graphic Design Interns and volunteers to create a dynamic team of artists.

    • Working to develop marketing materials for the promotion and development of the work that is happening internationally.

  • The overall vision for this position is to leverage all existing content that Ride Nature has produced in the past to the fullness of its potential while also working to leverage existing opportunities to create new content to further the mission and vision of the organization.

    This staff position is serving to help oversee the communication of who we are, what we do, why we do it, and who it is all for. While this position may not include all of the responsibilities listed below, the hope is that this staff can help serve and lead in many of these areas while also adding other ideas and initiatives to this list.

    • Assisting/overseeing with Ride Nature monthly newsletters (this would be for Ride Nature as a whole). Making sure these are being organized, shared content from the different locations, proof-read and sent out on a regular basis (ideally monthly). This would include helping to organize, write/edit, and share mission trip recap newsletters from each trip we lead, etc.

    • Overseeing marketing/promotional/and distribution opportunities for the media that has been created in the past. (IE Films, Curriculum, etc.)

    • Assist in the creation/oversight of new content. This might include devotions, short videos, “mission minute” updates, etc.

    • Helping to assist with content management within “The Pursuit Collective”.

    • Assisting with design support and the management of design partners and the “creative team” we’re working with.

    • Assisting with language translations for the different media/content we’ve created.

    • Helping to make sure the language being used and communicated through all media outlets within Ride Nature is consistent, clear, and concise.

    • Helping to manage/oversee the social media channels within Ride Nature on instagram and Facebook.

    SPIRITUAL EXPECTATIONS

    • Biblical Leadership: Setting the example through actions, attitude, personal alone time with The Lord, and encouraging others to do the same.

    • Maturity: Leading by example. Movies, joking, decisions, etc. Always being above reproach.

    • Cleanliness: Keeping your room/space in the house clean and making sure the rest of your house stays clean and organized. This includes taking part in keeping everyone on task with the house maintenance and upkeep.

    • Devotional Leadership: Growing closer to The Lord as a group. Helping to facilitate morning devos with those in your house and making sure these happen on a regular basis to the best of your ability.

    • Discipleship Leadership: As we expect each of our staff and students to intentionally disciple someone in the community we would love to see you do the same and lead by example.

    • Discipleship Student Investment: Our hope is that you will lead by example by intentionally investing into the guy students that you live with, working to build a relationship with them, encouraging them, and organically discipling them as you live together and all grow closer to the Lord.

  • As the organization continues to grow, we have developed a centralized leadership team that is committed to serving the global vision/mission of Ride Nature. The position of Strategic Development would include donor development and relations as we move forward with the vision of launching Ride Nature headquarters globally in strategic locations, continue creating resources and content with the purpose of equipping leaders, as well as continue to move in the director of fundraising to be debt free as an organization.

    Basic Job Description

    • Responsible for planning all fund development activities within the organization, including current and planned giving programs and future projects.

    • Donor Development and New Donor Acquisition.

    • Researching grant opportunities and managing a team of grant writing volunteers/staff.

    • Assisting in the orientation of new staff and interns with support raising strategies and efforts.

    • Assistance with planning and promotion as well as attendance for our annual fundraiser banquet.

    • Maintain donor and fund development records and contacts.

    • Working alongside our design team to create collateral materials for the Organization including, but not limited to, support cards, brochures, newsletters, special projects, and annual financial reports.

    • Staff fundraising motivation, encouragement, and donor retention.

    • Working to grow and develop our partnerships within local, ministry, and industry.

    • Development of business partnerships including businesses and churches within the local community.

    • Development of industry partnerships within the action sports industry that would be assisting us via product support or brand partnerships.

  • With a growing number of individuals, churches, and schools interested in serving internationally with Ride Nature, our prayer is that we can fill the role of a “Missions Coordinator” with someone who is a strong leader, a spiritual teacher, an individual who can boldly share the Gospel, lead and direct missions teams, and someone who is involved in the action sports industry. While this position may not include all of the responsibilities listed below, we are ultimately looking for someone who would feel capable to do any of these.

    Basic Job Description

    • Assisting with pioneering and training through new missional opportunities internationally.

    • Helping to continue developing existing relationships with international partners while also working to develop new international ministry partners.

    • Coordinating and leading international mission trips throughout the year.

    • Working on training our team on how to effectively lead trips through the development of equipping new and additional trip leaders and coordinators.

    • Corresponding with international missionaries for prayer requests, ministry updates, potential trip opportunities, and ministry needs they may have.

    • Overseeing donation items being sent overseas.

    • Corresponding with churches and schools stateside who would like our organization to lead them on a mission trip. (This includes creating trip information packets, setting up missions team meetings prior to trips, etc.)

    • Trip recruitment and missions marketing. This would include reaching out to new schools, churches, colleges, etc. to recruit teams for potential future trips.

    Position Expectations

    • International travel with up to 8 international trips per year.

FLORIDA HEADQUARTERS STAFF POSITIONS

  • We are expanding our House of Ride Nature – Fort Myers team and seeking a full-time Coffee Shop Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our downtown coffee and retail space. This role is designed for a mission-driven individual passionate about both coffee and Kingdom impact—someone who sees the shop not merely as a business, but as a place of ministry, community, and discipleship.

    Staff Details

    • Commitment: Minimum 3-year term

    Position Overview

    The Coffee Shop Manager will oversee all aspects of The House of Ride Nature in Fort Myers, ensuring operational excellence, brand alignment, and mission impact. This includes managing the coffee bar and retail area, leading and discipling staff, and helping foster an environment where every guest feels welcomed and loved.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily coffee shop operations and retail management.

    • Lead and schedule staff shifts; ensure smooth team coordination.

    • Create and develop seasonal menus, recipes, and coffee offerings.

    • Manage and maintain product and coffee inventory.

    • Train and equip new staff and interns in barista skills, customer service, and shop culture.

    • Assist with social media content and storytelling for The House of Ride Nature.

    • Organize and host events such as concerts, art nights, contests, and community gatherings.

    • Cultivate an environment that reflects Ride Nature’s mission to glorify God and make disciples through action sports and creative spaces.

  • POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Assistant Shop Manager supports the daily operations and overall excellence of The House of Ride Nature. This role focuses on creating an environment that reflects the mission of Ride Nature—where every interaction and cup of coffee serves a greater purpose. The Assistant Shop Manager helps ensure that the shop is not just a business, but a space where God is glorified, people are loved, and the Kingdom is advanced.

    PRE-REQUISITES

    • A vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus.

    • Experience or strong knowledge within the coffee industry.

    • 1–3 years of part-time or full-time ministry experience.

    • Involvement in and enthusiasm for action sports.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Operations & Inventory

    • Assist in managing and reordering inventory (apparel, products, and coffee supplies).

    • Prepare and restock the shop for weekly operations (milk, cold brew, syrups).

    • Maintain accurate tagging, pricing, and backend inventory records.

    • Organize seasonal and annual inventory counts and orders.

    • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of shop displays.

    • Manage cash flow, including balance sheets, event cash, and opening cash drawers.

    • Ensure completion of daily and weekly operational checklists.

    Staff & Training

    • Create and manage shift schedules; oversee shift swaps.

    • Train new interns and staff on coffee bar procedures and seasonal drinks.

  • Position Overview

    The Local Outreach Coordinator helps lead and oversee all local outreach efforts across action sports disciplines including skate, surf, wake, mountain bike, and climb. This role focuses on building relationships, developing consistent outreach rhythms, and creating opportunities for the Gospel to be shared through these communities.

    The Coordinator works closely with the Director of Outreach to plan, execute, and grow local ministry efforts—ranging from weekly Bible studies and community events to larger contests, trips, and collaborative church partnerships.

    Pre-Requisites

    • Active participation and intermediate skill level in at least one action sport (skate, surf, wake, MTB, or climb).

    • Genuine excitement and passion for action sports ministry.

    • 1–3 years of part-time or full-time ministry experience.

    • Knowledge or experience within the action sports industry (preferred).

    • A vibrant walk with Jesus and desire to disciple others.

    • Work 1–3 shifts weekly in The House of Ride Nature (coffee/retail space) as needed.

LATIN AMERICA HEADQUARTERS STAFF POSITIONS

  • The role of “Operations/Management” involves someone that is involved in almost all of the day to day operations within the organization. They have a strong understanding of structure, can lead others, can manage a list of responsibilities, and delegate well. They must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, manage tasks, and be willing to step out of their comfort zone on a consistent basis. They are primarily responsible for managing projects rather than the people leading the projects. They will also be directly involved in leading and serving through ongoing discipleship.

    Staff Details

    • 3 year min commitment.

    • Full-time, self-support raising involved.

    • Housing and utilities provided with monthly support matching compensation.

    • Preferably someone who is fluent in both Spanish and English.

    Position Expectations

    • Overseeing day-to-day activities, at the direction of the executive director.

    • Delegate tasks while overseeing work projects, assist with managing organizational goals, and demonstrate strong communication skills within the rest of the team when sharing those.

    • Overseeing work projects within Ride Nature Properties

    • Ensure that the team stays on task and on schedule while overseeing team projects.

    • Evaluate how efficiently/effectively the organization is operating.

    • Be responsible for watching the different areas of ministry and identifying ways in which we can improve or become more efficient. Sharing those thoughts with the leadership of the organization.

    • Helping to lead and manage short term teams coming to Nicaragua.

      • Helping to organize outreach projects.

      • Serving alongside groups.

      • Adventure tours.

      • Share the vision for why La Casa De Ride Nature exists.

      • Working with other leaders at Ride Nature to coordinate logistics for those trips.

  • We have officially opened the Coffee Shop in San Juan Del Sur and it has instantly become a local destination for good coffee and surf and skate retail, gatherings and an overall healthy environment for the community.  Our desire is to consistently be a light within this town as we connect with people and build relationships.

    Basic Job Description

    • Responsible for the management of the cafe/coffee space.

    • Assisting with shift scheduling.

    • Coffee shop management including menu creation/development.

    • Responsible for assisting in the training behind the coffee bar for new interns/staff.

    • Overseeing inventory and coffee development.

    • Assisting with social media for the shop.

    • Helping to organize concerts, contests, and other events out of the space.

    Pre-Requisites

    • Strong Spiritual Leader.

    • Retail or Barista experience preferred.

    • Strong Leadership Skills including communication and public relations. (Ability to speak semi-fluent spanish important)

    • Ability to work well with others and delegate responsibilities.

    • Able to train and equip interns/staff through the coffee bar, inventory, and the point of sales system.

  • POSITION OVERVIEW

    Helping to lead and assist in overseeing all local outreach efforts. These staff many times report to the director of outreach for oversight with local events, regular Bible studies, or other areas of ministry needs.

    PRE-REQUISITES

    • Preferred intermediate level in a variety of action sports with an excitement to participate in those.

    • Pre-existing knowledge/experience in the industry.

    • 1-3 years of part/full-time ministry experience.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assisting with the oversight of Local and Regional Outreach including but not limited to; local Bible studies, contests, events, church partnerships, camps, etc.

    • Assisting with the growth and development of the outreach resources and materials including the devotionals, podcasts, social media, etc.

    • Serving as the house RA with the expectation of setting Godly examples for the students, maintaining structure in the home, and striving to cultivate a positive/friendly community in the home.

    • Helping to lead and manage any contests or events that we host in the community.

    • Helping to maintain/oversee facilities, including ramps, office spaces, or other ministry spaces.

    • Serving in the shop as needed while working approx 2-3 shifts per week.

    • Helping to gather content and create media for social media outlets

    • Discipling and mentoring the local community.

    EXPECTATIONS

    • Lots of involvement in the action sports community.

    • Ability to shepherd others through discipleship and mentorship.

    • Knowledge/experience within the action sports industry.

    • Teaching/speaking opportunities through events and also as needed with the discipleship program.

    LOCAL MINISTRY

    • Serving/leading at least 2X per week with local outreach efforts.

    • Hosting regular events/contests at min quarterly.

    INTERNATIONAL MINISTRY

CALIFORNIA HEADQUARTERS STAFF POSITIONS

  • The overall role of the Executive Director is centered around shepherding and overseeing the staff and students, managing all local programs and outreach, facilitating the ongoing maintenance of the facilities within that HQ, and spearheading the regional vision of training and equipping leaders in that part of the world.

    Pre Reqs

    • Bachelors Degree – Preferably with an emphasis or focus on ministry.

    • A high level of spiritually maturity with a minimum of 5 years of ministry leadership experience.

    • Background/history within the action sports world.

    Duties/Responsibilities

    • While meeting the Biblical qualifications of an overseer, the Executive Direction is responsible for the overall spiritual, operational, and strategic care of those involved including (but not limited to);

    • Staff development and management.

    • Team growth. Hiring and on boarding new staff/leadership.

    • Local and regional ministry development.

    • Networking and cultivating new relationships within the regional of leadership.

    • Business development while overseeing and leading the business as mission strategies and staff/leadership.

    • Facility management/oversight.

    • Cultivating community partnerships and involvement while identifying needs/opportunities.

    Expectations

    • This is a high demand position that requires a called and driven leader.

    • It requires the ability to wear many hats and assume the needed role and responsibilities for a variety of positions on an as needed basis.

    • Knowledge/experience within the action sports industry or ability to be immersed in such.

    • Clearly possessing a passion for ministry while helping to lead, equip, and empower others while vision casting and avoiding mission drift.

    Skills/Abilities

    • Strong communication skills in a variety of formats and settings.

    • Confidence in leading others and growing/inspiring a team.

    • Ability to train and equip staff while clearly articulating expectations.

    • Attention to detail with the ability to recognize quality and hold others to a high level of excellence.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task simultaneously.

    • Confidence in creating written documents, letters, or partnership requests.

    • Strong Biblical understanding and the ability to preach/teach as needed.

  • POSITION OVERVIEW

    Helping to lead and assist in overseeing all local outreach efforts. These staff many times report to the director of outreach for oversight with local events, regular Bible studies, or other areas of ministry needs.

    PRE-REQUISITES

    • Preferred intermediate level in a variety of action sports with an excitement to participate in those.

    • Pre-existing knowledge/experience in the industry.

    • 1-3 years of part/full-time ministry experience.

    DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assisting with the oversight of Local and Regional Outreach including but not limited to; local Bible studies, contests, events, church partnerships, camps, etc.

    • Assisting with the growth and development of the outreach resources and materials including the devotionals, podcasts, social media, etc.

    • Serving as the house RA with the expectation of setting Godly examples for the students, maintaining structure in the home, and striving to cultivate a positive/friendly community in the home.

    • Helping to lead and manage any contests or events that we host in the community.

    • Helping to maintain/oversee facilities, including ramps, office spaces, or other ministry spaces.

    • Helping to gather content and create media for social media outlets

    • Discipling and mentoring the local community.

    EXPECTATIONS

    • Lots of involvement in the action sports community.

    • Ability to shepherd others through discipleship and mentorship.

    • Knowledge/experience within the action sports industry.

    • Teaching/speaking opportunities through events and also as needed with the discipleship program.

    • Hands-on, Fast-paced, and fun work environment.

    SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED

    • Strong communication skills in a variety of formats and settings.

    • Ability/confidence in leading Bible studies in a small group or skatepark/beach/trail setting.

    • Ability to lead/host events and contests.

    • Ability to train and equip others in effectively leading action sports ministry.

    • Ability/willingness/and excitement to boldly and clearly proclaim the Gospel in any setting needed.

    • Ability to walk alongside students as they are learning what action sports ministry looks like.

    • Ability to organize events, manage projects, and coach/teach camps or lessons as needed.

    LOCAL MINISTRY

    • Serving/leading at least 2X per week with local outreach efforts.

    • Hosting regular events/contests at min quarterly.

    • Leading by example by investing into and discipling at least 1 person every week.

    • Overseeing monthly skate/surf/snow or MTB trips.

    • Commitment and involvement in a local church community.

    INTERNATIONAL MINISTRY

    • Participating at some level in at least (2) international trip per year and (2) domestic trips per year.
