Internship
Do you have a passion for youth, missions, and action sports?
our hope is to identify, equip, empower, and release the next generation of leaders who will creatively and courageously advance the Good News of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth. The Ride Nature Leadership Internship is a six-month discipleship, leadership development, and ministry training experience designed to equip the next generation of leaders to advance the Good News of Jesus Christ through action sports.
This internship combines spiritual growth, hands-on ministry experience, leadership development, local outreach, global missions, and practical skill development in a Christ-centered community.
We hope to not just provide ministry experience, but to help each intern discover how God has uniquely gifted them and prepare them to faithfully serve wherever He calls them next.
Our greatest desire is that every intern leaves with a deeper love for Jesus and a stronger understanding of His Word.

These traits are the foundation of a growing disciple and ultimately someone who is HUNGRY to grow in their walk with Jesus and are committed to the process. It exemplifies someone who is available to serve and be invested in, with a teachable and humble heart willing to learn, be corrected, and grow.
We have seen that 9 times out of 10, the interns who embody these qualities are the ones who will be the most transformed and ultimately equipped to lead and disciple others long term.
“My time at Ride was crucial for my faith. It helped me build a strong relationship with the Lord. it Taught me how to evangelize, how to properly practice spiritual disciplines, and so much more. It has surrounded me with an incredible community. I’ve never really had a solid group of friends before, and that’s something I had always longed for.”
Grace Hall (Ride Nature Student Intern)
