SUSTAINING ATTRIBUTES

Ride Nature’s sustaining attributes are the core disciplines and values that keep the mission healthy, aligned, and multiplying.

They guide how we lead, build culture, make decisions, and steward resources so the vision stays clear and enduring.

These ensure that as we grow locally, regionally, and globally, we remain faithful to the Gospel and consistent in our DNA to see every action sports individual reached with the gospel.
  • Everything begins and ends with the Good News of Jesus. We live with heaven in view and urgency in our mission.

    (Romans 1:16, 2 Corinthians 4:18, John 14:2-3)

  • We go where the Gospel has not yet gone, and we multiply it through intentional, life-on-life discipleship.

    (Matthew 28:19-20, Romans 15:20, 2 Timothy 2:2)

  • Ministry flows through relationships. We invest deeply in people, knowing transformation happens through connection.

    (1 Thessalonians 2:8, Proverbs 27:17, John 13:35)

  • We raise up and release others—especially indigenous leaders—because locals reaching locals is lasting impact.

    (Ephesians 4:11-12, 2 Timothy 2:1-2, Acts 14:23)

  • We pursue Gospel-rooted community. Healthy discipleship grows healthy churches that multiply.

    (Acts 2:42-47, Matthew 16:18, Titus 1:5)

  • We lead with faith, calling out the image of God in others and believing in what He can do through them.

    (Hebrews 10:23-24, Romans 15:13, Ephesians 2:10)

  • We lead by example—not perfectly, but authentically—remaining raw, humble, and honest about the journey.

    (Philippians 2:3-7, 1 Peter 5:5-6, 2 Corinthians 12:9)

  • We press on through difficulty and remain steady. Legacy is built through faithfulness over time.

    (Galatians 6:9, James 1:12, 1 Corinthians 15:58)

  • We grow best in community. Through honest relationships, we sharpen one another toward Christlikeness.

    (James 5:16, Hebrews 10:24-25, Ecclesiastes 4:9-10)

  • We value what we’ve been given—time, money, people—and build for long-term Kingdom impact, not short-term hype.

    (1 Peter 4:10, Luke 16:10-11, Proverbs 21:5)
