BECOME A SALES REP

Ride Nature Sales Reps serve as relational partners helping connect shops and communities to Ride Nature. They embody our values, represent the brand with integrity, and build ongoing relationships with retailers.

  • • Build and maintain relationships with shops in their territory.

    • Introduce new accounts to Ride Nature’s products and mission.

    • Serve as the consistent point of contact for existing accounts.

    • Participate in team communication and ongoing training.

  • Initial Commissions

    • 20% commission on all first orders from new accounts opened.

    • $250 bonus if the first order totals $2,500+ within the first month.

      • Monthly Sales: $0 – $20,000 // 15% Commission

      • $20,001 – $40,000: 20% Comission

      • $40,001+: 25% Commission with territorial rights + added incentives.

    Notes:

    • Tiered % Structure: Higher rate applies only to sales above that threshold (not retroactive).

    • Based on orders shipped, paid orders net of returns and discounts.

    • Commissions paid monthly (by the 15th).

    • Full transparency with detailed commission statements.

  • To stay eligible for repeat commissions and territory protection, reps must:

    • Check in monthly with each account (actual contact required).

    • Submit quarterly pipeline updates (prospects + new leads).

    • Attend monthly sales meetings or calls.

    Failure to meet these expectations may result in reassignment or loss of residual rights.

  • Onboarding & Training

    • Digital welcome packet (catalog, line sheet, pricing, FAQ).

    • One-hour onboarding call to review tools and expectations.

    • 30/60/90-day goals and check-ins.

    Sales & Marketing Resources

    • Digital product images and descriptions.

    • Email templates and one-sheet PDF for retailers.

    • QR code assets and sample materials (stickers, zines).

    Operational Support

    • HQ handles fulfillment, invoicing, and returns.

    • Commissions based on shipped, paid orders.

    • Monthly payout with detailed statement.

    Ongoing Communication

    • Monday (or similar) channel for quick updates and collaboration.

    • Monthly rep calls and quarterly pipeline updates.

    Rep Discount

    • Access to Ride Nature product at wholesale cost for personal or event use.

  • Additional Information

    • Ride Nature Reps serve as independent contractors, not employees.

    • They represent Ride Nature products and mission through authentic relationships with retailers and communities.

    Sales Rep Duration:

    • Agreement remains active unless terminated by either party with notice.

    • Inactivity for 90+ days may result in reassignment or termination.

    Termination:

    • Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

    • Failure to meet residual requirements may result in loss of residual rights or account reassignment.

    2. Review & Follow-Up – We’ll reach out for a short intro call.

    3. Agreement & Onboarding – Sign the rep agreement and receive a starter kit.

    4. Launch & Support – Begin reaching out to shops with ongoing training and team support.
